Irv was willing to speak on the phone and listen to my specific concerns about the house, and in his report he addressed those specific concerns. He identified a handful of issues that I would not have been able to identify myself, which will end up saving me money in the long-run. Our inspector failed to note that 22 windows were failing or had already failed, and had signs of previous water damage. We even spent extra money for a FLIR test to determine if there were issues. Nothing was told to us verbally or noted about the windows.
